One Pot Goulash

Ingredients
5 oz. extra lean ground sirloin1 cup each chopped bell pepper and onion1/2 tsp. salt4 oz. dry elbow macaroni28 oz. whole tomatoes, with juice
Directions
Brown burger with onion and peppers with 1 Tbsp. olive oil in your pressure cooker. Remove from cooker and drain. Return to cooker with macaroni, salt, and water( 1 cup).
Stir well to coat all ingredients. Add tomatoes. DO NOT STIR, AS THIS COULD STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE POT AND SCORCH.
Lock the lid of your pressure cooker and bring up to pressure (15 lbs). Cook 5 minutes. Quick release under cold water. Stir macaroni to seperate pieces. Cover with lid for 5 minutes. Serve.
