Ingredients
0.25 cup 365 Organic Quinoa .25 cup Barley, pearled, raw .25 cup Millet 0.25 cup Quaker Oats Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats 1 dash Salt 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Ginger Powder3.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Cardamom, ground .25 cup, chopped Pecans .5 cup (not packed) Raisins
Directions
rinse quinoa well, add all grains to a pot with 3.5 C water cook until water evaporates and grains are cooked,,about 15 - 25 minutes
NOTE the rolled oats i had cooks in about 3-5 minutes so add them and the raisins at the end of cooking time.Also you can vary the spices to your liking.
