Indian Butter Turkey

Ingredients
1.5 cup, chopped or diced Turkey (light meat) 1 1tsp Coconut Oil .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw .5 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 0.5 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen 2 cup PC Blue Menu - Indian Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce (by VIKING_BEAR)
Directions
Cook chopped onion in coconut oil.
Stir in chopped leftover turkey, chopped pepper, spinach and butter chicken sauce.
Stir to heat.
Serve over rice.
