Pecan pie

Ingredients
1 single 9" Pie crust, frozen, ready-to-bake1 cup Granulated Sugar3 TBS Brown Sugar1/2 tsp Iodized Salt1 cup Light Corn Syrup3/4 tsp Vanilla Extract1/3 cup lite Margarine3 whole Eggs, beaten1 cup chopped Pecans
Directions
Mix sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, eggs, and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Pour pecans into bottom of pie shell and pour syrup mixture over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, cover top and crust with foil, and bake an additional 30 minutes or until pie sets. If too jiggly, cover and cook an additional 20 minutes. Allow to cool several hours or overnight. Slice into 12 slices and enjoy!
