OAMM Jicama Apple Slaw

Ingredients
1-9.5oz container Trader Joe's Jicama Sticks, shredded1 medium granny smith apple, peeled & shredded2 fl oz Lime Juice 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil .25 tsp Salt 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers, seeded, deveined, finely chopped1 tbsp Cilantro, dried 1-11oz can Mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained
Directions
In a bowl, combine shredded jicama and apple. Stir in lime juice, olive oil, salt, jalapeno, cilantro and mandarin oranges.

Use as topping for tacos, wraps, etc.
