Vegetable Beef Soup - Low Carb

Ingredients
32 oz Beef - Stew Meat (by MOOGIEBEE) 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 serving Wyler's beef boullion (1 cube/1 cup prepared) (by THEKWONGDZU) 8 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 clove Garlic
Directions
Brown beef add salt pepper. Add Tomato sauce, water onions and garlic. simmer for 1 1/2 hours. Add carrots, celery (other veg as desired), soft boil until vegetables are tender. serve.
