Cuke-A-Tillas

Ingredients
3 tbsp Mayonnaise, regular (mayo) 3 tortilla, medium (approx 6" di Corn Tortillas 1 medium Cucumber (peeled) 1 cup, shredded or chopped Iceberg Lettuce (salad) 1 serving Spike Seasoning (1/4 teaspoon) (by DDSASHA)
Directions
Peel cucumber and cut into thin spears 5-6 inches long. Heat one tortilla in hot dry skillet, turning from one side to the other until soft but not crisp. Spread hot tortilla with mayonnaise. Arrange a line of 2-3 cucumber spears down center of tortilla. Top with lettuce and seasoning. Roll tightly.

Serving Size: 3 cuke-a-tillas per person.
