Leftover rotisserie chicken (about 3oz)Three medium celery stalks, dicedOne large (or two medium) carrots, diced.MayoDijon mustard (optional)Mrs Dash Original Table BlendPoultry seasoning
Mix mayo, seasonings, and mustard (optional) in a bowl.
Dice chicken, vegetables and throw in the bowl with the Mayo. Adjust mayo or Dijon as.desired, but calculate the calories for the added dressing.
