0.25 stick Butter, unsalted0.5 fl oz Lemon Juice4.0 clove Garlic3.0 tbsp Parsley1.0 fl oz White Wine2.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil16.0 oz Shrimp, raw, large, peeled, deveined - 1 lb1.0 tsp Salt, Kosher0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
Mix 2 garlic cloves grated, salt & 1 T olive oil in baggy. Add shrimp. Refrigerate for 1 hr.
Heat remaining 1 T oil over medium heat & cook shrimp & marinade for about 2 minutes. Shrimp should still be pink and undercooked. Do not overcook, do not brown. Transfer to plate, leaving as much oil as possible in pan.
Slice other 2 garlic cloves & add to oil along with red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute. Add wine & lemon juice, stir occasionally until mixture is reduced in half. Add butter. Once butter is melted and sauce thickens, about 5 minutes, add back shrimp. Cook for another 2 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
