1 cup Kirkland Organic Virgin Coconut Oil 1/2 cup Nutriva chia seeds 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 tbsp Honey 1/4 cup Shredded Coconut Unsweetened (Bob's Red Mill)
Make sure your coconut oil is softened, but not melted. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Process until smooth. Spoon into 24 silicone molds. Freeze until set (about 2 hours). Pop out of molds and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
