2.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw0.5 cup Butter, unsalted melted and cooled1.0 tsp Salt1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract0.5 cup Coconut Oil melted and cooled4.0 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh0.5 oz (20 halves) Pecans chopped and toasted2.0 tsp Baking Soda1.0 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened1.5 cup, packed Brown Sugar10.0 serving Hershey Kisses (one kiss)2.0 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour20.0 tbsp Toll House Nestle Dark Chocolate Chips Serving Size 1 Tbsp servings per bag about 20
preheat oven to 350, butter 2 loaf pans. combine dry ingredients in small bowl. mix mashed banana with fats in large bowl. add sugar, eggs, vanilla. put Hershey kisses and 1 tsp of the dry ingredients in a small food processor and pulse them into a powder. add to dry ingredients. add dry ingredients to banana mixture to moisten but don't mix too much. stir in all but 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and put equal accounts of batter in loaf pans. chop and toast pecans, when cool add to remaining chocolate chips and sprinkle half of mixture on each loaf. bake 55-60 minutes.
