Instant Pot Low Carb/Keto Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
2 Bay Leaf 2 tbsp Salt 1/2 cup Italian Season Mix, Dry 4 tbsp Hunts Tomato Paste 4 - 28 oz cans of Tomatoes, Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes1 t crushed red pepper flakes (pizza type flakes) 1/2 cup Onion (raw), chopped 1/2 cup Olive Oil1/4 cup Garlic from a jar
Directions
Add all ingredients to the instant pot and cook for 30 minutes. Release steam, take out bay leaves. Use an immersion blender to blend to desired consistency.
This made about 8 pints. Use freezer containers or pressure cook. I did mine in an instant pot for 20 minutes.
