0.25 cup, chopped Onions, raw 16 oz 93%lean ground beef 4 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup 8 tbsp Heinz Tomato Ketchup 4 oz Fair Life Skim milk 2 serving Marketside Cage Free large brown egg 0.33 tbsp Italian Seasoning 80 gram(s) Great Value Quick Oats 40grams=1/2cup
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl mix meatloaf ingredients well.Press mixture in ungreased 8X4 inch loaf pan. Bake 40 minutes. Remove from oven. Spread 1/4 cup ketchup over top. Bake an additional 15-20 minutes or until temp reaches 160 in the center. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
