Ingredients
6 tbsp Cheese - Cream Cheese Philadelphia 3 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 3 tbsp "LouAna" Pure Coconut Oil 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder, Nestle, heaped4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour 4 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 9 packets Stevia Extract In The Raw Sugar Substitute1/2 cup Almond Breeze Almond coconut milk unsweetened 1 tsp McCormick Pure Vanilla Extract (by LMDAY7) 1 dash Salt 1 oz Fisher Chef's Naturals Chopped Walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
2. Combine cream cheese, eggs, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla extract in one bowl. Mix well until smooth.
3. Combine cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, stevia, and salt in another bowl.
4. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry and mix well.
5. Pour batter into cake pan or brownie pan and bake for 25-30 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
6. Let cool 5 minutes and cut as desired.
