Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole

2 lb ground beef 0.5 tsp onion powder0.5 tsp Garlic powder0.5 tsp Salt0.25 tsp Pepper, black6 Slices Bacon4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw1 can (6 oz) Tomato Paste0.5 cups Heavy Whipping Cream12.0 oz Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated and divided
1- Cook bacon in oven.
2- Brown ground beef with onion and garlic powder. Drain.
3- In medium bowl, whisk together eggs, tomato paste, heavy cream, salt and pepper until well combined. Stir 8 ounces of the grated cheese into egg mixture.
4- Mix your sauce and cooked hamburger together and place mixture into casserole dish.
5- Sprinkle remaining cheese and bacon, chooped, on top.
6- Bake at 350 to 30-35 minutes or until golden brown on top.
