2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 tsp Baking Powder .3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 3 serving Isopure Whey Protein Isolate Protein Powder Unflavored by Nature’s Best - 1 Scoop (29g) (by KIRSTYRE) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Place non stick skillet on stove over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray or use butter or coconut oil and let melt.
2. Add eggs, protein powder and baking powder to large bowl and mix with whisk. Add water a little at a time until smooth and pourable.
3. Using 1/3 cup measure, pour batter into skillet. Flip when bubbles formed on top.
