Keto KFC Chicken

Ingredients
3/4 cup coconut flour, or almond flour 3 tbsp Garlic powder 1 tbsp Paprika 3 tsp Pepper, black 1 tsp Knorr chicken broth mix, or any other flavor min1 tsp Salt 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw, to dip, may need more2 bags pork rinds, mashed to a powder18 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken Thigh - raw (by ALLIE_1969)
Directions
Using the same process as making fired chicken, put three bowls on counter, one with coconut flour, another with scrambled raw eggs, a third bowl with crushed pork rinds and the remaining spices. Dip the chicken into the flour first, then egg, then pork rind mix. Place in 13X9 inch baking pan. Bake for 15 min at 425 degrees, then lower temp to 375 degrees and cook unti done, about 30 min.
