Ingredients
2.0 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber (with peel)1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tbsp Pepper, black1.0 serving 1 Med. Green Bell Pepper0.25 tbsp Butter, salted2.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)
Directions
First wash and chop green peppers, tomoatoes and cucumbers and put them in your serving bowl. Next, mix pepper, butter, and olive oil in another bowl until thoroughly mixed. Then drizzle the oil mix over the vegetables. Put in the refridgerator for 5 minutes, then serve.
