Ingredients
16 oz Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey 20 oz Beef, Ground, 80/20 (3-oz Cooked PATTY) [hamburger, ground chuck] ggg 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 8 tbsp Ketchup, Heinz 5 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce - Kraft Spicy Honey BBQ Sauce 1 large Onions, raw 1/2 cup water1 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry .25 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
Directions
Preheat oven to 350degrees. Mix all ingredients in bowl, omitting only half the ketchup, all the mustard and BBQ sauce to mix separately for the topping sauce. Place meat mixture into glass baking loaf dish and bake for 40min. Then mix ketchup, mustard & BBQ sauce and spread on top of meatloaf, putting back in oven to cook another 20min or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees. Let cool for 10min before serving.
