Butter Chicken II

1/4 cup butter1 onion, chopped1/2 tsp turmeric1 tsp cumin powder1 tsp coriander powder1 tsp chili powder3 large tomatoes, chopped1/2 tsp garam masala1/2 cup table/coffee/light cream3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Marinate the cut up chicken pieces in the garlic, ginger, lemon juice, sour cream and salt for about 30 minutes.
Heat the butter in a wok, add the chicken and onion and cook until the chicken is no longer pink.
Add the turmeric, cumin, coriander, chili and tomato. Cook about 15 minutes until the tomatoes have totally broken down and become saucy.
Add the cream, garam masala and fresh cilantro.
Serve with rice or flatbread.
