Baked Greens

Ingredients
1/4 cup Butter, salted3 large Eggs, beaten1/4 tsp Pepper1/2 tsp Salt1/2 cup Bread crumbs, seasoned1 cup Soy Milk, original1/2 cup shredded Sharp Cheddar1/4 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour16 oz Baby Kale, Chard, Spinach mix or any salad greens mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9 inch cake pan or 2qt round casserole dish. Chop the greens, using a food processor if you can. Melt the butter and add to the greens. Mix in all the other ingredients and bake for 55 minutes. Serving Size: 1/8 pie
