Beef and Pork meatloaf

Ingredients
16 oz Ground Pork 16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck 12 tbsp Onion (raw), chopped 58 grams Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 tsp Garlic powder 2 tsp Onion powder 0.25 cup Tomato Paste 3 tsp Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce 2 serving Egg - Large (1 egg) 4 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
Directions
Brown onions and pepper cool then thoroughly mix all ingredients
Add salty and pepper to taste
Bake 350 1 hour drain fat let rest 10 min slice serve
