Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 1 serving Chopped Onion (2 tbsp/1 serving) .50 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce) 1 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1.5 cup Birds Eye Chopped Frozen Spinach (by MYBABYNO1) 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated .25 tsp Garlic powder .25 tsp Pepper, black 4 oz Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk
Directions
Brown meat with onion add garlic powder, and spaghetti sauce. Mix ricotta with egg and spinach and pepper. Layer in 8x8 greased glass baking pan starting with beef. Beef, spinach, mozzarella, meat, parmesan. cook at 350 for 30 min
