1 chocolate cake mix (dry)2 cups canned pumpkin (use one 14-oz can)1/2 cup Dannon Light 'n Fit Vanilla Yogurt
Directions
Mix together ingredients. Add more yogurt (or use water) if mix is too thick/difficult to stir.

Bake according to directions on cake mix box.

    I could not find a can of pumpkin, so I pureed fresh zucchini in the same amount as the 14 oz. can of pumpkin. My teens and I loved it. I will continue to make this healthy chocolate cake. - 6/15/10
