Loved this. it was a good vegetable beef soup. Next time we will add in more spices, a little bland for the adults. Kids loved it. Great with Bread. Would be good as a potluck dish - 9/15/08

My family called this chili even though it was full of vegetables. The kids picked through theirs because they don't like tomatoes, but did enjoy the fact that I served it with tortilla chips. I also let them top theirs with cheese and a dollop of non-fat sour cream. I would likely serve this again - 9/9/08
