Ingredients
1.0 small Onions, raw1.0 cup, sliced Summer Squash16.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck2.0 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, fresh2.0 cup Great Value Diced Tomatoes (in Tomato juice)2.0 cup Tomato Sauce3.0 tbsp Chili powder1.0 tbsp Cumin seed1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tbsp Garlic powder
Directions
Sauteed onions, peppers, squash till golden. Add spices. Add beef and cook till done. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and simmer for 1 hour.
