1 dash Pepper, black 1 dash Salt 2 medium Green Tomatoes 2 serving Eggland's Best Large Egg 0.50 cup corn meal, self rising 1 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour 4 tbsp Great Value 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil 0.25 cup Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style 0.5 cup Almond Milk - Silk Original
Slice tomatoes as thick as you like I sliced about 1/2 inch thick).
Whisk eggs and milk together. Pur flour on a separate plate.
Mix corn meal, bread crumbs, salt and pepper together on a plate.
Dip tomatoes in flour, then egg and mix mix then bread crumb mix.
Ake sure oil is hot, and carefully place tomatoes in oil.
Flip tomatoes when they are brown.
Drain on paper towels!
