Chimmichurri

Ingredients
1 bunch Cilantro, raw 1/2 bunch Basil 1/2 bunch Parsley 15 cloves Garlic 1 small Shallots 1 pepper Jalapeno Pepper, seeded 1/2 cup red wine vinegar 3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a food processor (adding oil slowly through top as it processes).

Serve over steak, chicken, or salmon.
