Scrambled eggs w/spinach, tomatoes and onions

Ingredients
6 large Scrambled Egg 15 serving Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 1 Tomato 8 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 28 gram(s) Avocado Oil - Chosen Foods - 1 TBSP
Directions
In a medium skillet, heat avocado oil on medium high heat. Saute chopped onion, tomatoes and spinach until soft and wilted. Transfer veggies to a large bowl with lid. Increase to high heat and add a little more oil. Scramble 6 eggs and season to taste. Mix in with veggies, and ENJOY
