Oven Roasted Chick peas

4 cups dry chick peas 2 Tbsp minced garlic3 bay leaves12 cups water2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 6 tsp Tony Chachere's Cajun Seasoning
Place chick peas, minced garlic, bay leaves, and water in pressure cooker. Cook on high 40 minutes. Turn off, let sit for 10 minutes before releasing pressure. Drain peas, mix with olive oil and cajun seasoning. Place 1/2 of mixture in a foil pain, bake at 450 degrees for 1 hour shaking every 20 minutes. Turn off oven and let dry further for 20-30 minutes.
