Egg Sausage and Cheese Muffins

Ingredients
8 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 1 cup Colby and Monterrey Jack Cheese shredded 8 oz Sausage (cooked, drained and crumbled)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat muffin cups with your choice of:
liners, non-stick spray or butter. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into prepared muffin tin and bake for 15 minutes or until set. Serve immediately or refrigerate or freeze.
