Whole wheat crepes

Ingredients
2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 2 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 2 tbsp Chosen Foods Avocado Oil 1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
Directions
Mix ingredients until smooth. Add 1/2 t salt. Pour a ladle-full onto a pre-heated pan (I use a cast-iron frying pan - needs extra butter for frying the first one, then the rest don't need extra fat.) Tilt pan to spread batter around the whole pan. Flip when the top is not liquid anymore and it's not hard to remove from pan. Cook till slightly browned on other side.
