Instant Pot French-Style Yogurt

Ingredients
40 serving Horizon Organic Half 'N Half - 2 Tablespoons (30mL) 1 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain 15 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Mix yogurt with 1/2 cup of half and half. Mix together all other ingredients thoroughly. Add yogurt mixture and stir until completely incorporated. Pour into 12-4 oz jars or 6-8 oz that have been dishwasher sterilized or boil jars and lids. Pour 1-2 cups warm water into pot; place jars carefully into pot. Place lid on IP, press �yogurt� button increase time to 12 hours and up to 24 hours if you like more tart yogurt. When finished carefully remove jars to counter first for 10-15 minutes then refrigerator for at least 4 hours before opening and eating. The yogurt will continue thickening as it thoroughly chills.
