Instant Pot French-Style Yogurt

Ingredients
40 serving Horizon Organic Half 'N Half - 2 Tablespoons (30mL) 1 oz Fage Greek Yogurt 2% plain 15 tbsp Borden Eagle Brand Fat Free Sweetened Condensed Milk
Directions
Mix yogurt with 1/2 cup of half and half. Mix together all other ingredients thoroughly. Add yogurt mixture and stir until completely incorporated. Pour into 12-4 oz jars or 6-8 oz that have been dishwasher sterilized or boil jars and lids. Pour 1-2 cups warm water into pot; place jars carefully into pot. Place lid on IP, press “yogurt” button increase time to 12 hours and up to 24 hours if you like more tart yogurt. When finished carefully remove jars to counter first for 10-15 minutes then refrigerator for at least 4 hours before opening and eating. The yogurt will continue thickening as it thoroughly chills.
