Bacon Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
32 oz Hashbrowns - frozen in a 2 lb bag (by DMCMANIM) 12 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 9 serving bacon great value lower sodium 2 pan fried 8 oz Cheese - Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese .25 cup Organic Valley - Organic Whole Milk 6 tsp Bacon grease 1 tsp Seasoning, Tony Chachere’s, The Original Creole Seasoning (1/4 tsp, 1g) (by SPARKYWATSON)
Directions
Cut bacon into bite size pieces, cook, save about 2 Tbsp grease.
Brown hash browns in bacon grease, season with about 1/2 tsp Tony's. Place hash browns into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Layer bacon on top of hash browns, top with half of the cheese. Mix the eggs and milk, add the remaining 1/2 tsp of tony's seasoning, pour over bacon layer,top with remaining cheese and bake at 375F for 30-45 minutes. Cut into 8 servings.
