8 oz Portobella Mushroom (by CHAPALETA) 4 oz FOLLOW YOUR HEART VEGAN CHEESE-Mozzarella (by VALFRATE78) 1 cup Spaghetti Sauce, Classico Tomato & Basil 1 cup Beyond Meat Beef-Free Crumble (Beefy) (by MOONWATCHER13) 4 serving Bragg - Premium Nutritional Yeast Seasoning (1Tbsp/5g) 1 tsp basil1 tsp oregano1 tsp garlic powdersalt pepper to taste
Pre-heat oven to 375. Remove stem from portobellas so you are left with only the cap. You can remove the gills if you would like I've head both ways, it doesn't seem to make too much of a difference. Lay gill side down on a baking pan, bake for 12 minutes or until the mushrooms release their water. Flip caps so gills are facing up add 1 tbsp of tomato sauce, more if necessary, enough to make a nice pizza base. Add vegan cheese of choice ( I use Follow Your Heart mozzarella) add seasonings (spread evenly across all portobella caps) Add beef free crumbles. Broil for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
