Chango Bars (without nuts)

3 large eggs1/2 cup butter1/2 cup margarine2 cups packed brown sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 1/3 cups flour1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Makes 45 pieces (1 inch squares)
Melt together the butter and margarine.
While that is melting, combine the eggs and brown sugar in a bowl.
Using a mixer at high speed, slowly add melted butter and margarine to egg mixture (make sure you mix it very quickly or the eggs will cook!).
Stir in baking powder, salt and flour.
Add chocolate chips.
Pour mixture into greased 13x9x2 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
