Ingredients
1/3 cup or less butter, margarine, or other oil4-4 oz. Chicken Breasts S/B 1/4 cup Flour 4 fl oz White Wine parsleysalt/pepper3-4 tbsp lemon juice
Directions
Dredge chicken in flour.
Brown chicken in margarine/oil in skillet, 5 minutes, turning
Add wine, 1/2 of lemon juice, sprinkle with parsley, salt & pepper. Cover & simmer 5-7 minutes.
Add the rest of lemon juice and serve.
