Ingredients
0.25 cup, crumbled Feta Cheese4.0 tbsp Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo)1.0 cup slices Cucumber (with peel)1.5 cup White Rice, long grain, cooked4.0 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar3.0 oz Tomato, grape (3oz = appro 12 tomatoes)74.0 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw1.0 serving Green Onion (fresh-1 stalk)1.0 cup Spinach, fresh, chiffonaded
Directions
Cook rice. Cool. Combine balsamic, mayo and seasonings. Set aside. Cut veggies and toss with rice. Toss all with dressing, salt and pepper to taste Serving Size: 1 cup
