4 Beetroot, cubed1 carrot, grated1 green apple, cubedTblsp Sunflower seeds (I use salted ones)Squeeze fresh lemon juice2 tsp olive oilGood lot of freshly grated black pepper
Directions
Place everything in a bowl and mix well.
Simple AND delicious!

    The original recipe may be yummier, but not having some ingredients I substituted raisins for the apple, sesame seeds for sunflower seeds, and sesame oil for olive oil. Still yummy! - 4/10/09
