1.0 cup Milk, nonfat1.0 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw16.0 oz Ground beef, lean1.5 cup Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can1.25 cup *98% fat free cream of mushroom soup2.5 serving Corn--Creamed Canned Corn7.0 serving Tator Tots (10 tots)
Directions
Brown beef and onion. Place in 9x13 pan. Mix soup with milk. Cover hamburger with soup mixture. Cream corn on 1 half....beans on other half. Cover with tots. Bake 450 til hot and bubbly. 28 mintues. Serving Size: 8 large servings about 1.5 cups..or 13oz
