Keto strawberry gelatin jam

Ingredients
1.0 fl oz Lemon Juice2.0 cup, halves Strawberries, fresh2.0 serving Knox gelatine, unflavored12.0 serving Pyure organic stevia blend
Directions
Put strawberries, pyure, and lemon juice in pot on medium. Cook 15 minutes. Combine 2 packets Know gelatine and 2 tablespoons of water in a small bowl, and immediately add to strawberries. Remove pot from heat, and completely melt gelatin into strawberries, blending well. Pour into heat safe container (1 pint wide mouth jars work best). Let cool, and then lid and put in refrigerator. Let cool at least 1 hour. May need to warm before serving to make spreadable. Serving Size: 1 tablespoon
