Ingredients
2.0 cup pieces Shiitake Mushrooms1.0 tbsp Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce1.0 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil1.0 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Salt
Directions
Slice mushrooms into 1/4" slices. Toss with soy sauce, oil, salt and pepper. Bake at 350° until dark colored, but not burnt.
