Rolled Fontina Chicken

1/2 cup Low fat cream cheese (softened)1 cup, shredded Fontina Cheese 4 Green Onions chopped5 strips cooked and chopped bacon 1/4 cup Parsley 1 cup crushed pork rinds 1 large Egg whisked3 chicken breasts sliced the long way pounded out to make 6
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Mix first 5 ingredients in bowl
3. Lay chicken flat and put in 1/6 of mixture on top and roll up
4. Insert tooth picks to keep together.
5. Dip in egg
6. Roll in pork rinds
7. Put on foil lined baking sheet seam side down
8. Cook for 30-35 miuntes until chicken is no longer pink
Serving Size: 1 piece of chicken rolled
