Karin's broccoli soup

Ingredients
1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 1 bunch Broccoli, fresh 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 tbsp Butter, salted 45 grams Flour, white
Directions
*cook broccoli in broth;
*put mixture in blender and bend until smooth;
*make a roue (butter, flour (3 tb) & milk) and thicken;
*pour in blended mixture;
*add salt, pepper and garlic to taste.

simmer for 15 min
