Beer Steamed Mussels

6oz of beer (recommend a Belgian White/ Witbier)2 tbsp Butter - Country Crock plus Calcium 2 cloves minced Garlic .33 cup, chopped Onions, raw 2 tbsp fresh Parsley 1.5 lb Raw Cleaned Mussels in Shells
1. Heat butter in a medium pot over medium heat
2. Add garlic and onion and sautee until onions are soft
3. Add mussels and stir to coat with butter
4. Add beer and steam for 5-6 min (lid on) until mussels have opened
5. Split mussels bewteen 2 bowls and pour broth over them
6. Top bowlswith fresh parsley
Serve with fries or baguette
