Ingredients

    Ingredients:

    4 oz White Wine
    2 Tbsp Whipped Cream, pressurized, 2 Tbsp
    2 cloves Garlic
    1 oz Calamari, raw
    1 oz Wild Caught Salmon, raw
    1 oz Shrimp or prawns, raw
    1/2 cp Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked
    4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Directions

Cook wheat noodles until al dente.

In a medium sauce pan, reduce white wine by half at a simmer. Add minced garlic, cream, and sliced, raw seafood. Pour in heavy cream and noodles. When seafood is cooked, but tender, place in a pasta bowl, top with fresh parmesan, and serve.
