Ingredients

    2 Tbs. 50/50 Smart Balance Butter Blend
    2 Tbs. All Purpose Flour
    2 Cups 1% Milk
    1 12 ounce can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore
    4 ounces ( 1/4 Package) Ronzoni Healthy Harvest Whole
    grain Cholesterol free extra wide noodles
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 tsp.Lizzie's Kitchen No Salt sesoning

Directions

Melt the butter/margerine blend in a medium sauce pan and stir in the flour. Gradually whisk in the milk stiring the sauce until it is smooth and reaches a boil. Add the seasoning and the tuna and simmer until the desired thickness is reached and the flavors develop. Meanwhile cook the noodles according to package directions.
Combine the noodles and the tuna mixture and add the frozen peas just before serving. Of course you can add salt if you find the caserole too bland.
