Carrot & Lentil Soup

Ingredients
2 1tsp Olive Oil 1 large Onions, raw 4 clove Garlic 0.5 tsp ground tumeric (by INSPIREDBYCHJ) 4 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.5 cup Leeks 100 gram (Veg) Courgette 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 1.5 cup Lentils
Directions
Saute Onions, Garlic & Tumeric in olive oil until soft. Add carrots & lentils, cabbage, courgette, leeks & other vegs to suit your preference. Cook for 10 mins. Add stock and water. Simmer for 30 mins or until soft. Add salt & pepper to desired taste and also cream if you want creamy soup. Also can blend. Serve with nan bread.
