Ingredients
1 Red Bell Pepper(chopped or sliced)1 Green Bell Pepper(chopped or sliced)1 Yellow squash(sliced)1 zucchinni squash(sliced)1 onion(chopped or sliced)1 long sausage(1" thick slices) (almost any kind will work - I used polish sausage to calculate the calories)BBQ sauce-amount varies to taste2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
heat olive oil in a large pan. combine all ingredients. cook until heated through. We have also cooked this recipe in the oven and on the grill in foil packets.
