Ingredients
0.20 cup Bob's Red Mill Almond Meal/Flour (1/4 cup is 28g) 2 tbsp Hemp Hearts 2 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened .5 tsp Swerve Granulated (1 tsp) net carb (by IMENONELSE) .5 tsp Vanilla Extract 4 oz Fairlife Fat Free Milk 2 tbsp hodgson mills flax chia blend
Directions
Mix everything except the vanilla. I used 2 T of the almond meal. Microwave on high for 2 min. Stir in vanilla extract. Top with the toppings of your choice.
